THERE IS FROST IN MY DEHUMIDIFIER!

Did you run the unit when the humidity level inside your residence was under 50%?

Check to see if the filter is clogged.

Check that the power of the device corresponds to the square footage of your apartment.

Check to see if the filter is clogged.

Check the control settings on your machine.

Check whether all the components of the system are working (compressor, compressor cooling fan, evaporator fan, etc.). Would you like one of

MY DEHUMIDIFIER IS DISPLAYING AN ERROR CODE!

Error codes that can be fixed easily are listed in the user manual. For example, the F1 code means “clean the filter”. Consult your user manual to find out what the code means.

If the error code displayed on your device is not listed in the user manual, it is probably related to a major problem with the electronic controls. In this case, a visit by one of our technicians is probably necessary.

MY DEHUMIDIFIER IS LEAKING ON THE FLOOR!

When it is hot and humid it is normal for dehumidifiers to collect water. This is the result of the dehumidification of the inside air of your residence.

It is not normal for a dehumidifier to leak from the front, the back or from underneath its cabinet. This could signal a problem with the filter, the drainage system or the sealed system of the unit. In this case, a visit by one of our technicians is probably necessary.

MY DEHUMIDIFIER IS NOISY!

Dehumidifiers all possess a motor fan, a cooling fan, a compressor, an airflow propeller and high and low pressure tubing, as well as sometimes possessing a drainage pump that can make strange-sounding noises that can either be normal or signal a possible defect.
